Store Returns

  • Any returned product must be in neat and clean condition.
  • Any manufacturing defective item will be repaired or replaced at no cost if it is within the 7 years warranty period. You send it to us and we will ship it back repaired or replaced immediately. We will ship back at no cost to you for all states except Alaska and Hawaii. You to pay shipping cost for International, Alaska and Hawaii addresses.
  • Non Defective unused items in black color may be exchanged for another product within 30 days from purchase date at 10% restocking fee. Gray color items will need 25% restocking fee. 
  • Customer should send us an email requesting Return Material Authorization before shipping back the product. 
  • If the return reason is other than manufacturing defect, re-shipping charge will apply.
  • Should send a letter explaining the reason of return and your contact information and proof of purchase with the returning product.
