Noral Enterprise is Manufacturer, Wholesaler and Retailer of Aviation and Pilot products. We have approved dealers to resale our products and value our Dealers. This website is not for our dealers. We provide business information to our dealers through other media. Any information on this website should not be used by our dealers. This website is only for our Retail Customers.

Noral Enterprises grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent from us. This license does not include any commercial use of this site or its contents.

Errors on our Website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. If a product offered by NoralEnterprise is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Placing an Order

Our preferred method is to get your order via this secure online store. Please note that we do not carry all the products in stock all the time. Sometimes we make the product within a few days after receiving your order.  So, if you place an urgent order to be shipped the same day or the following day we will try our best to ship quickly but not guaranteed. Normally it takes 5 to 10 working days to ship.

You may also place an order via email at Noral@AmeriGreenBag.com. For security purposes we recommend to send a separate email with payment information. You may send the first 12 digits of the card number and we will call you to collect the last 4 digits.

Ordering by phone is not preferred but accepted.

Limitations and Exclusions

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms and specifications without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.

If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Customer Communications

NoralEnterprises.com requires a valid email address and phone number in order to complete a purchase transaction and for contacting you in case of purchase, shipping or payment issues. By purchasing item(s) from this site or by creating an Account, customers agree to opt-in to Noral Enterprise’s occasional email Newsletter. These are emails that inform recipients of product specials, offers and promotions. You may always opt-out of these at any time by contacting us via email.

Governing Law & Severability

These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms or conditions is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it/they shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition and the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
